Syarat dan Ketentuan

PT. JACKSON JAYA ABADI offers contracting services and heavy equipment rentals to clients in the construction industry. By
engaging our services, clients agree to abide by the following terms and conditions ꞉

Equipment Usage꞉

  • Clients are responsible for the proper and safe usage of all rented equipment.
  • Any damages to the equipment during the rental period will be the responsibility of the client and repair costs will be charged accordingly.

Payment Terms꞉

  • Payments for equipment rentals are due in advance before the rental period commences. Monthly payments are required for the upcoming months.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the termination of the rental agreement.
  • Negotiations are open for payment methods and can be discussed during the open meeting before the final deal between clients and PT. JACKSON JAYA ABADI.

Rental Period꞉

  • The rental period begins on the agreed‐upon start date and ends on the designated return date.
  • Extensions to the rental period must be requested in advance and are subject to availability (Within 2 weeks of business days noticed minimum).
  • Hours period 200 hours per period / If it goes above 200 hours per period there will be split profit for the overtime hours.

Cancellation Policy꞉

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and received by PT. JACKSON JAYA ABADI within 1 month noticed minimum.
  • Cancellations made less than 1 Month noticed before the rental start date may result in a cancellation fee.

Equipment Maintenance꞉

  • PT. JACKSON JAYA ABADI ensures that all rented equipment is well‐maintained and in good working condition.
  • Cancellations made less than 1 Month noticed before the rental start date may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability and Insurance꞉

  • Clients are responsible for insuring the equipment against loss, theft, or damage during the rental period.
  • PT. JACKSON JAYA ABADI is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the use of the rented equipment.

Clients Will received an Partnership Agreement for both parties securities.

Termination of Agreement꞉

  • PT. JACKSON JAYA ABADI reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the client fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

By engaging the services of PT. JACKSON JAYA ABADI for contracting services and heavy equipment rentals, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of the agreement and additional charges.
